In order to provide you with industry leading security and data integrity, we are upgrading our MYNEOPOST security certificates to TLS 1.2. Unfortunately TLS 1.2 does not support all browsers.

For details on browser compatibility, please review the matrix below. If your browser is not compatible a default error message will appear, asking you to update your security certificate. If you have any trouble updating your security certificate or your browser compatibility click on the support link below for your browser or contact your IT department/IT provider for assistance.

Internet browser compatibility guidelines

The following table lists the most common internet browsers. The table lists each browser with the compatibility of TLS 1.2 for recent versions.
